A newly appointed site supervisor constantly mistreats a female heavy-equipment operator. His behavior is so blatant that even the older workers at the construction site begin to defend her instead. In truth, the operator is a seasoned veteran, highly respected by her colleagues and considered the true powerhouse of the site. Trying too hard to assert his authority, the supervisor only ends up earning the men’s contempt — and, stung by humiliation, grows even more desperate to drive her out. When everyone leaves after the end-of-day gathering, the supervisor corners her while they’re alone. Pushing the situation too far, he initiates unwanted physical contact and crosses a line.
